职位描述：
Main Purpose of Role
Through continual development and maintenance of internal control policies and procedures, to ensure strong internal controls are in placed and no material control weakness will exist by conducting the annual audit plan.

Key Accountabilities and Business Priorities
Role Accountabilities:
? Assist Internal Control Manager in the evaluation and validation of current control environment of KC China, and provide effective solutions to ensure major risk can be well controlled;

? Compare local procedures or practices with corporate requirements to identify potential control weakness, and design appropriate controls to mitigate risk or ensure compliance;

? Assist business function to improve internal control processes and deliver control trainings to business owner;

? Perform operation audit to monitor business processes comply with relevant policies and procedures;

? Periodically follow up the implementation of controls, and continuously provide control guidance to business departments;
?
? Perform SOX testing, anti-corruption, fraud case and other ad-hoc projects.
