职位描述：
1. Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering project within area of assigned responsibilities according to program timing and delivery plan. May need to lead multiple projects at the same time.
  根据项目时间及交货计划，协调并安排、组织、控制、集成并完成指定的项目任务。需要同时主导多个项目。
2. Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to project requirements to prevent and solve technical issues.
  计划并规划工程项目并按项目要求组织相关人员预防并解决所有技术问题。
3. As a window of CZ&CQ plant, push and control new projects.
  常州工厂及重庆工厂项目对应窗口，对新项目进度进行把控及推进.
4. Evaluates drawing, design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
  参与设计变更、式样书及图纸发布的评审。
5. Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget.
  在项目预算内控制成本。
6. Support MP projects and do stage report to plant manager.
  对量产项目提供支持并做阶段性汇报至工厂厂长。
7. Provide technical report to customer, or visit customer for technical issue discussion if it’s necessary.
  向客户提供技术方面的报告，如有需要则拜访客户进行技术方面问题的讨论。
8. Responsible for the discipline management of CZ engineers.
  负责常州工厂出差重庆工厂人员的纪律管理。


Qualification:
1. Project Management, Design Skills, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Safety Management.
  具备项目管理、设计制造方法及流程、制程优化、技术理解、文件制作、安全管理方面的能力及知识。
2. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Chinese.
  优秀的沟通技巧（口头及书面）
3. Ability to read, interpret and analyze drawings.
  能够看懂图纸。
4. Flowcharting ability and procedure analysis know how.
  能够分析流程步骤并优化解决问题。
5. Knowledge and experience with QS9000 and/ or ISO9001: 2000 / TS16949.
  熟悉QS9000或ISO9001:2001/TS16949系统。
6. Data analysis skills coupled with above average report writing, chart development abilities.
  具备数据分析能力，并具备较高的报告及图表制作水平。
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and frequent changing priorities.
  能够同时管理多个项目，并能够频繁的识别优先任务。
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows based Applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.), UG/Catia and AutoCAD Pro-E.
  熟练使用MS Office软件，UG/Catia，CAD或Pro-E.
9. Technical Know-How on plastic injection molding, metallization, assembly and basic knowledge of photometric.
  熟悉注塑成型、电镀、装配及基本的配光问题解决。
10. Strong organizational skills.
  较强的组织技巧。
11. Be able to work with all levels of personnel. Good team leader.

12. Bachelors or above Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
   本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。
13. 5 years relevant experience, experience with Automotive PPAP submissions, high volume production, and Quality Certifications is an advantage, but not necessary.
