岗位职责：
1、完善和贯彻执行集团总部财务管理及会计核算的各项规章制度；
2、根据集团中国区的经营计划，编制公司的全面财务预算并实施预算管理；
3、做好公司各项资金的收取与支出管理，统筹公司资金并对其进行有效的风险控制，负责内部审计工作；
4、熟悉税法政策法规，负责年度税务筹划；
5、做好财务统计和会计账目、报表及年终结算工作,并妥善保管会计凭证、账簿、报表和其他档案资料；
6、根据集团总部要求上报相关管理及财务报表。


岗位要求：
1、在上海总部或上海的下属公司工作，能出差；
2、有大中外资企业财务会计经验，熟悉政策法规，精通帐务处理；
3、精明、灵活，能和税务、审计人员、银行、合作方以及政府相关部门保持良好关系；
4、本科及以上财务、会计专业；中级以上职称，CPA/ACC更佳；
5、具有6年以上相关财务工作经验，至少3年以上财务经理管理经验；
6、具有良好的英语读写能力。


Responsibilities:
-Responsible for company cash flow management, cost control, budget and forecast preparation and risk management
-Familiar with China tax regulations for effective tax planning
-Ensure internal control and accounting policies compliance with Group Policy and Procedures
-Perform internal control review and implement improvements
-Supervise and review preparation of financial statements for statutory and tax reporting in China
-Perform quarterly IFRS reporting to Singapore Headquarter
-Review and analyze periodic management reports
-Ad hoc projects

Requirements:
-Based in Shanghai and able to travel;
-Sound knowledge of accounting, corporate law, taxation standards and relevant statutory requirements of China;

-More than 6 years relevant work experience in medium to large size International or Joint Venture companies
-Possess a recognised tertiary/ professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance
-Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills
-Proficient in both English and Mandarin
-Hands-on, proactive and positive work attitude with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
-Organized, meticulous, committed, independent but yet also an excellent team player

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as required to liaise with banks,business partners,tax authority,auditors and other government agencies in China
