Job Description:
1. To be an important teammate of channel marketing, focusing on the company’s short & long term profitability growth through flawless execution channel strategy
2. To be the project manager after planning section, including project preparation/communication/execution /Tracking & evaluation.
Job Responsibilities:
1, To assist channel manager to better plan / execute / keep track the activities
2, To communicate with brand team & sales team & BU marketing & internal function to ensure activity and project on time &
efficiently deliver to drive consisting sales growth
3, To work with agency to work out activity and project mechanism & also promotion execution
4, According to channel identity to develop in outlet effective visibility
5, Collect channel information & data, and conduct analysis to find out opportunities, to conduct activation and evaluation.
Experience
1. Good experience in relevant functions – sales & marketing
2. Experience in project management or execution tracking is preferred
Competence Requirements
1. Strong communication skills and communicate effectively in an international work environment with regional commercial team and local sales team and cross-functional team work in the Carlsberg China organization.
2. Effective, positive thinking and teamwork player, willing to learn
3. Action-oriented, persistent and capable of implementing change.
4. Positive attitude towards beer
Skills:
1. Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
2. Good at word/excel/power point
