工作内容：

1. 负责整个生产车间的工装夹具设计、改进；

2. 能够统筹整个车间工艺流程的改进及设备的布局，负责工序、工时及材料定额的优化与设计，以提高生产效率；

3. 及时协调处理设计、生产、采购、调试等过程中出现的问题，负责项目的跟踪、协调、管控，确保工装夹具按时完成生产与使用；

4. 负责生产装配工艺文件的编制及工艺纪律执行的督导；

5. 完成领导指派的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 工作认真负责、执行力强，学习适应能力强，有良好的团队精神和工作习惯；

2. 五年以上气动、液压、手动装夹焊接、装配工装夹治具设计经验，兼有设备改造能力或非标设备设计能力，有工艺工作经验更佳；

3. 熟练使用Autocad、Solidworks等设计软件；

4. 具有丰富的现场处理问题经验及良好的沟通能力；

5. 面试时请准备介绍自己成功的设计案例。

Reflex (Shanghai) Heating & Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. which was founded in Shanghai at 2006, is a German whole foreign owned enterprise ( WFOE ) by Reflex Winkelmann GmbH + Co. KG. As the German subsidiary of Winkelmann Group in China, we are mainly presenting HVAC products for Asia market. Our business scope comprehensively covers manufacturing, marketing promotion, sales , technical support , after-sales service and research & development.
