Main Responsibilities

To coordinate the delivery of the full spectrum of international transferring and Human Resources-related services to TEs in China.

Services include but may not be limited to

1. Tenancy management
2. Policy counseling,
3. Policy orientation
4. International relocation coordination
5. Destination services
6. Intercultural services
7. Assignment cost/ benefits verification
8. Ongoing assignment support and repatriation support.

Knowledge & Skill

1. At least 5 years of working experience of international relocation service or HR Expatriate Management
2. Familiar with the process of relative working process and terminology
3. Fluent in oral & written English, and good at office software.
4. Strong communication, coordination and organization skills.
5. Experienced in vendor management and tenancy market
