主要工作内容：
- 负责制定和执行市场策略，主要包括线上&线下推广、活动统筹、企业公关以及其他销售相关活动
- 组织市场活动并发展新颖的市场计划以吸引客流及推动销售
- 实施客户关系维护计划，挖掘更多潜在顾客同时加强客户品牌忠诚度
- 通过各种可行的通讯渠道发展并维护品牌形象
- 有效组织分配所交代的事宜
- 市场计划、市场预算、相关报告以及总部财政信息的处理

候选人所具备的条件：
- 市场相关专业本科学历
- 中英文运用能力较好
- 至少五年零售行业、市场相关经历，奢侈品行业优先
- 有能力战略性及批判性思考，书面及口头沟通能力，创造性以及责任感
- 独立，自我激励，以及目标清晰
- 强大的谈判技巧以及沟通能力和充满团队合作精神

Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for planning and execution of marketing strategy include ATL & BTL promotion, events, corporate communications, PR and other sales related activities;
- Initiate marketing programs and develop innovative marketing communication plans to drive traffic and ultimately sales;
- Generate ideas and implement CRM marketing programs to recruit new customers and strengthen loyalty program
- Develop and maintain brand image in all aspects of communications
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Manage marketing plan and budget and relevant reporting of management and financial information to HQ

Requirements:
- University graduate in Marketing or related field
- Good command of English and Chinese
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail promotion, marketing & events management, experience in fashion or luxury industry is preferable
- Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities, written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and be hands on
- Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and target oriented
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Able to work as a team
