Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Guarantee and optimise supporting work of the production departments
确保和优化对生产部门的支持工作;
？ Guarantee stable operation and maintenance of the HVAC-system，make sure all rooms’ temperature and humidity in specification. Supervise utilities system
确保空调系统的稳定运行及其房间温湿度的控制对公共设施系统进行系统监控;
？ Responsible for development and implementation of above mentioned system start-up, functional testing, PM procedure and schedule;
对于上面所术设备的起、停，功能测试和工程进度程序管理
？ Arrange the activities of Plant Fire Brigade with EHS like fire drill and rescue exercise…
和EHS部门协作安排一系列的工厂消防队的活动，诸如消防演习，抢救训练
？ Arrange FF technician for daily plant safety tour for fire prevention and safe work environment
确保消防技术员做到防火，安全工作，每日进行工厂安全巡视
？ Optimisation of the BMS system
优化自控系统;
？ Planning and realisation of related tasks
相关工作的计划与实施;
？ Comply with AT&S EHS regulations
符合AT&S环境健康安全政策;
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务:
？ Optimization and improvement of the plants BMS system
BMS系统的优化和改善
？ Keep good operation for Fire Fighting System to meet the requirement of company and external audit.
确保消防系统稳定运行以应对公司和外部审计的要求
？ Set up all the necessary operation procedures and regulations which comply with authority requirement and AT&S standards
建全所有必要的运行流程和规范，其必须符合政府要求和AT&S标准
？ Help to do the recruiting of staff for own area, coordinate training and further education
协助招聘本专业的人员,并协调培训和进一步教育
？ Authority to instructions to employee disciplinary subordinate to this position for the daily work.
负责指导员工相关知识以符合所在职位要求和胜任日常工作
？ Guarantee and optimise supporting work of the production departments
确保和优化对生产部门的支持工作;
？ Realisation of reform projects, supervise the construction of the Facility utility system, ensure the quality of the construction work and smooth hand over to AT&S
实施改造项目,监督公用设施系统的施工确保工程质量并顺利接收
？ Fulfilment of maintenance instructions, various regulations (environment, safety)
履行维护指导工作，并执行安全环境法规
？ Work out process instructions in order to optimise the usage of the facilities
编制工艺指导书以优化动力设备的使用
？ Coordination of subcontracted maintenance performances
？ 协调下包供货商的维护工作
？ Provide employees with necessary information、data and training work
？ 提供给员工必要的信息、数据和培训工作
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Completion of University with major Electronics, controls or electrical engineering or equivalent technical degree
？ 大学本科，主修电子、控制或相关专业。
？ Strong Engineering and management skills in the area of control systems, have expertise in HVAC controls, BMS/FMS, etc;
？ 具备工程管理技能有暖通和BMS/FMS控制经验
？ At least three years of experience in similar position is preferred
？ 最好相似职位三年以上经验
？ Experience in Siemens PLC S7 preferred.
？ 有Siemens PLC S7编程经验者优先
？ Written and oral English
？ 较好的英语读写能力
？ Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), AutoCAD
？ 基本计算机知识
？ Team spirit (able to be part of team and team leader as well)
？ 团队合作精神
？ Strong study ability
