Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ 负责进出口海关事务
Responsible for import and export related customs affairs
？ 负责进出口运输操作
Responsible for inbound and outbound transportation operation
？ 配合海关要求，协调公司各部门，保证加工贸易电子账册的顺利运行
Upon Customs’ requirement, coordinate relative internal departments to ensure E-book operation smoothly
？ 按照最新政策规章及时平稳地更新及核销账册
Update and close E-book smoothly and timely according to latest policy and regulations
？ 建立并保持与海关、商检等相关政府部门的良好关系
Build up and maintain a good relationship with relative authorities
？ 建立并保持与货代、报关行的良好沟通与合作
Build up and ensure an effective and good communication and collaboration with forwarders and customs brokers

Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？ 各种进出口物资的运输安排和关务操作
Inbound transportation and customs related operation of all kinds of imported materials, spare parts, equipment; Outbound transportation and customs related operation of finished goods
？ 办理政府所规定在通关环节所需的各种证书、许可证
Licence, certificate or permit acquisition for customs declaration purpose
？ 控制海关免税程序
Duty free certificate acquisition for imported equipment
？ 设备进厂和厂内移动工作
Equipment move-in and equipment in-plant relocation
？ 积极配合海关，进行电子账册申请、料件与成品前期备案管理、账册核销管理
Working positively with Customs, conduct E-book acquisition, BOM and material registration, E-book periodical verification management
？ 电子账册的国内销售成品、报废料件、边角料等的月度管理
Monthly management of domestically sold products, scrap materials under E-book
？ 管理第三方软件供应商，定期检查和审核电子账册系统，进行及时维护，保证正常运行
Manage the 3rd party e-book system provider. Check and audit e-book system periodically. Carry out maintenance with 3rd party provider to ensure the effective and stable e-book system performance once abnormal matters happen
？ 各种公司资质或证书的年审工作，相关政府部门所需的报告准备
Annual extension of company certificate or qualification, reporting preparation requested by related authorities
？ 管理货运代理公司和报关行
Monitor forwarders’ and brokers’ performance
？ 报价及物流成本控制管理
Logistics quotation and cost management
？ 物流费用报销管理
Logistics reimbursement management
？ 报关单及相关文件的归档
Filing management of customs declaration slip and other related papers
？ 制定和优化相关工作流程及培训信息
Create and optimized relative working process and training information
？ 负责其它物流相关工作
Responsible for other logistics related operation
？ 完成主管或经理安排的其它工作
Other reasonable tasks assigned by superior or manager
