The HR Operations Analyst will report to HR Operations Supervisor.

The role has the responsibility to support the daily operation of Data Management Centre,

it involves HR data maintenance, validation, and governance, and HR reporting as well.

In addition to that, he/she is responsible for the improvement on processes for a smooth and efficiency data management way.

Key responsibilities of the job:


Be responsible for SAP HR data maintenance for employee life cycle

Be responsible for the data collection and validation, analysis

Be responsible for data integrity and periodic audit activities

Be responsible for the SAP HR reporting

Be responsible for Operation Centre internal process/tool control and audit



Qualifications & Special skills required:

Bachelor Degree

1 - 2 years of experience in HR/C&B related function

Experience on SAP HR module is a must

HR operation and process experience is preferred

Logical thinking and process oriented

Detailed minded & attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in fast paced, complex environment

Good interpersonal skills

Excellent positive service mind set

An advanced computer user in Excel, PowerPoint

Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
