职位描述
任职资格:
1.大学专科以上，会计、会计电算化等相关专业；
2.2年以上相关工作经验；
3.熟练使用办公及金蝶会计软件；
4.具有初级会计师职称。
工作职责：
1.根据银行计算制度和物业公司财务制度的规定，审核各类原始凭证；
2.准确、及时地完成现金收付及报销工作；
3.开具或索取相关票据；
4.及时登记现金日记账和银行日记账，每日进行现金账款盘存，做好日清月结工作，并填写出纳日报表，报送领导；
5.及时将原始凭证传递给会计；
6.根据公司的经营需要，按公司的相关规定提取、送存和保管现金，保证经营活动的正常运行；及时、准确的完成清查现金与银行存款工作，保证账账相符、账实相符；
7.负责工作的按期发放工作，并及时进行汇总，编制记账凭证；
8.按照公司的相关规定具体负责有关款项的报销工作；
9.保管好空白支票等重要财务票据和有关财务印鉴；
10.按照有关规定使用票据和印鉴，并设登记簿进行登记，办理相关登记手续；
11.根据每月会计原始资料，保存、管理现关凭证；
12.做好会计凭证的档案管理，保证凭证完整，以便随时调用查阅；
