职位描述
Role and Responsibilities
? Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
? Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
? Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
? Greet customers entering establishments.
? Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
? Daily Banking activities. (Depositing and withdraw cash from Bank)
? Handling Petty cash and reporting. (Making small payments from petty cash)
? Daily reconciliation of cash.
? Maintaining Daily sales report.
? Providing periodic reports to finance department

? Reporting to Finance Manager
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:
? Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting & Finance with minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience
? Experience in cash handling
? Sound functional knowledge of accounting system
? Experience in a similar role preferably in Retail, Travel and or Hospitality
? Proficiency in MS office
Mandatory Skills:
? Fluency in written and spoken English
? Experience in dealing with retail customers, suppliers and clients
? Ability to handle multiple projects
? Team player
? Ability to enforce compliance and build/streamline processes
