工作职责：
1.负责具体落实企业文化发展战略；
2. 负责从教学角度出发为公司各个部门提供文字性的撰写工作；
3.依据企业文化对公司内部的活动进行策划，组织与实施；
4. 对外宣传企业文化，对内部宣传企业的价值观、管理理念、行为准则；
5. 负责内部宣传栏和内部期刊的建立；
6.完成上级领导交办的其他工作；

岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，传媒、新闻等相关专业；
2.英语能力大学6级以上，对托福雅思有一定的了解；
3.二年以上相关工作经验，具备一定的文学功底；
4. 具有较强的沟通协调能力、具备较强的组织策划能力，具备团队合作精神；
5. 对文化管理有深刻的见解，善于通过企业文化建设来提升企业管理水平和企业形象。

Established in December 2013 and scheduled to open in May 2014, XiaoMa Tutorial is about to revolutionize the way to teach as we are by no means similar to any existing language training schools so far.
