Head of Supply Chain, Beijing – A world leading company in telecommunication industry

Report to: Supply Chain Director, Greater China
Team size: 25 subordinators

Job description
？ Our client’s Demand Supply Chain unit to provide the best-in-class supply chain service to their customer on day-to-day practice
？ Challenging the existing MoO and being a designer of the blueprint and strategy in disruptive and innovative way to ensure the sustained growth and competitiveness of company’s supply chain performance and solutions
？ Overseeing a powerful and tactical Demand Planning process from Factories to Customers to ensure the smooth delivery productivity against annual sales target. Remedy the process to meet up with new business requirement arisen
？ Continuously reducing the circle time from delivery to payment collection via structured way of assets/inventory management and demand planning balance intelligence
？ Being the planner for organizational KPI mechanics, defines the clear structure and objectives based on solid measurement index to ensure the business goals were met with company values
？ Strictly implementing the company’s priority (Accountability, Discipline, Profit mindset) throughout the organizational unit on daily basis
？ Propagandizing and digesting the company’s Value to reflect the essence on leadership and drive out the momentum from the team to contribute in terms of Respect, Achievement, Renewal, Challenge
Responsibility:
？ Customer Operation Executive with over 10 years’ experience in supply chain management.
？ Strong management and leadership skills and experience to lead and manage customer operation teams in remote organizational structure.
？ Motivated achiever with proven analytical skills to develop and drive new supply chain solutions.
？ Strong ability in contingency plan in terms of any crisis occurred in business, process and resource management with perseverance to get it through
？ High influencing skill in cross-functional work engagement to bring out outcome as desired
？ Excellent teamwork skills, building open, constructive atmosphere. Operating effectively in different groups and developing people with consideration of individual strengths
？ Demonstrates analytical and conceptual thinking, including consideration of diversity and involving appropriate interfaces in decision making.
？ Strong sense of responsibility for own actions and performance. Persisting through difficulties and overcoming obstacles. Being consistent in words and actions.
