职位描述

岗位职责：
1、负责相关英语课程的授课，保证良好的授课质量以及协助教学主管完成课程计划、开发；
2、积极参加中心和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座、会议等活动；
3、组织有趣的、有效的学员活动提高学员英语学习星期和能力；
4、积极配合其他部门，完成中心业绩；

Job Description:
1. Lesson planning and teaching as well as curriculum development.
2. Attending all scheduled meetings,training, lectures and be well-presented.
3. Arrange interesting and effective activities to attract potential customers.
4. Other tasks assigned by the Education Department in working hours. Cooperate with other departments and complete the sales targets.

任职要求：
1、英语相关专业，英语专业八级或同等能力者；
2、有同行英语教学经验、海外学习经历者优先；
3、个性开朗，较强的亲和力及组织协调能力；
4、学习能力强，有较强的可塑性。

Position Requirements:
1 .Major in English or Education Bachelor degree or above,TEM band 8 or relevant level, standard pronunciation, fluent oral English and proficient communication skills in English.
2. Overseas background and relevant teaching experience is strongly preferred.
3. Have great presentation and communication skills.
4. Willing to learn and always be well-presented.
