Job description/职位说明:
1. Conduct trademark survey and ensure good trademark portfolio in China, handle various Trademark prosecution works, including trademark application, opposition and invalidation.
进行商标调研，确保公司在中国良好的商标布局；处理各种包括商标申请、商标异议、商标无效等相关的工作。
2. Prepare Trademark/Technology License Agreement or authorization in place for Business Units operations in China; related IP contract review; record important Trademarks with Customs.
为中国各事业群准备商标/专利许可协议或授权书，审查知识产权相关的合同；对重要商标进行海关备案。
3. Assist in coordinating investigation into counterfeiting and other IP infringements in China; Assist in coordinating follow-up action by law enforcement, such as QTS, AIC and PSB; support IP civil litigations in China.
帮助协调与在中国的假货或者其他知识产权侵权相关的调查工作；协调和跟进工商、质监、公安的知识产权执法行动；支持公司在中国进行的知识产权诉讼；
4. Provide the consultations on Patent issues under the guidance of IP manager; Work with Site IP coordinators/ engineers on harvesting more invention disclosure; Work with Outside patent attorney, site IP coordinator and inventors to review patent drafting documents.
在知识产权经理的指导下提供专利相关的咨询工作；与各事业群的知识产权接口人/工程师一起进行专利挖掘；与外部专利律师(专利代理人)以及各事业群的知识产权接口人一起工作，审核专利申请文件；
5. Assist in IP training work; legal research for IP issues.
协助进行知识产权培训工作、进行知识产权相关的法律研究工作。
Requirements/任职要求:
Must/必须项：
? Bachelor degree or above/本科以上学历；
? Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English/良好的口头及书面英语能力;
? Minimum 2 years’ post qualification working experiences in specialized IP law firms or industry/毕业后在相关律师事务所或公司从事过2年以上知识产权相关工作;
? Self-motivated and able to work independently under high pressure and with minimum supervision/在高压力和极少监督下的情况下，能独立和自觉地工作；
? Good interpersonal and communication skills, high team work spirit/良好的人际关系和沟通技巧，良好的团队精神；
? Office software processing skills/熟练掌握常用办公软件；
Preferred/加分项:
? Passed PRC national patent examination/通过中国专利代理人考试；
? Bar qualification in china/具有中国司法职业资格证书；
? Experience of working in a multinational environment would be an asset/有过在跨国公司工作的经历。
