Job Purpose/Job Objectives / 工作目标:
Preparation for and implementation of new processes, new equipment, production technologies and new product technologies and designs for relevant processes.
Work on continuous optimisation of processes with respect to quality, technology, productivity, cost and environmental impact.

Responsibilities and Main Tasks / 主要职责和任务:
Continuously improvement in terms of technology, quality and costs to the processes and support the achievement of AT&S and department targets. Continuous consultation with Engineering Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting).
Communication with internal and external suppliers (chemical and equipment suppliers, supplier quality, production, quality, PE/CAM, CSC and other department).
Continuously work with suppliers and customer on further technology developments
Follow environmental and safety regulations.
Lead projects for process improvement, capability studies, parameter improvement and other topics
Ensure technological development.
Implementation of relevant norms and standards.
Support process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources and materials efficiently.
Responsible for installation of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analyses; put into operation, support qualification and implementation in production)
Lead Key projects related to the processes and ensure projects are on schedule.
Support production departments in problems solving of key quality and process issues.

Managerial Functions / 管理职能:
Authority to give technical orders to all subordinates at the position of project leader.

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile / 职位所需资格和能力:
Bachelor degree (preferably with specialisation in electronic, mechanical or plastic engineering)
Experience in related industry and strong knowledge of mechanical processes (8 plus year experience preferred)
Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and planning of experiments required.
Fluent written and oral English
Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Minitab (or comparable software for statistical analysis)
Good stress management skills
Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Team spirit and able to lead a team on a project basis
Good communication skills
