Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
Preparation for and implementation of new processes, new equipment, production technologies and new product technologies and designs for Imaging process.
Work on continuous optimisation of processes with respect to quality, technology, productivity, cost and environmental impact.
Support the PQ and prototype production(if necessary also in shift mode)

Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
Continuous consultation with Engineering Manager/Supervisor about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting),
Communication with the related production departments.
Communication with internal and external suppliers (chemical and equipment suppliers, supplier quality department, other production departments) and internal customers (production departments of following processes, quality department), PE/CAM, CSC and others.
Keep contact to suppliers and work together with them on developments.
Follow environmental regulations.
Lead project for process improvement, capability studies, parameter improvement and other topics
Ensure technological development.
Implementation of relevant norms and standards.
Support process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources and materials efficiently.
Responsible for installation of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analyses; put into operation, support qualification and implementation in production)
Lead projects related to the Imaging processes.
Work in accordance with AT&S quality system. Use templates and databases for documentation.
Ensure process standardisation
Support production departments in problems solving of key quality and process issues.
Other Job assignment from superior.

Authority to give technical orders to all employees subordinate to this position

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
Completion of higher technical college (preferably with specialisation in electronic, mechanical or plastic engineering)
Experience in Metal Finishing process(>5 years) required
Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and planning of experiments advantageous
Fluent written and oral English
Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
Good stress management skills
Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well)
Good communication skills
