Responsibilities
1. 24/7 availability to respond to customer emergencies through phones/emails/on site supports
2. Diagnosis of singparts, modules and equipment failures through review of engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine cause of failure
3.Installing equipment ensuring that equipment will start up correctly and is fully functional
4. Support spare parts sales
5. Train customer about operation,maintenance,and know-how of plastic laser welding
6. Fill out service report timely and keep all service records traceable

Requirements
1. Automation and electrical background with mechanical knowledge
2. Good English communication capability, oral and written
3. Good self learner,self motivator, teamworker and hardworker
4. Be willing to travel and work under pressure
5. Strong hands on capability
6. Easy going personalities and have good communication skills
7. Good/fast analytical skills and good problem solver
