Job Responsibilities
- Perform the accurate daily invoices entering according to company compliance and policy.
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Perform the invoice verification for PO- based purchase and ensure the difference is approved and reasonable.
- Perform the timely closing of accounts payable for month-end closing.
- Perform the monthly account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of payable balance.
- Coordinate with GL accountant to perform the annual audit.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
- Reconcile intercompany balance and check the difference if any.
- Monthly voucher filling and other works as line manager required.
- Perform the reconciliation of inter-company balance with counter parties for monthly basis.
- Communicate with inter-companies to identify or solve the difference if any.
- Prepare monthly inter-company reporting schedule.
- Perform the inter-company reconciliation before month-end closing to ensure the accurate accounts for every month-end closing.
- Support China or Asia entities for any ad hoc request about inter-company reconciliation.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or above degree majored in finance and accounting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- More than 4 years working experience in MNC manufacturing; Familiar with SAP.
- Proficient in computer skills MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English in written and oral.
