Major Responsibility
主要工作职责
l Make sure the safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals being achieved, by managing production, quality, logistics, manufacturing engineering to the target.
通过对生产、质量、物料、制造工程的合理管理确保安全、质量、交货、以及生产效率的目标达成。
l Ensure all plant and machinery being in good conditions and being capable to meet planned outputs.
确保生产设施及设备处于良好状态,能够满足生产计划的达成。
l Lead new product introduction project. Make sure proper APQP/PPAP is implemented and new product is launched on time and meet all the targets.
领导新产品引进的项目。确保实施适当的APQP/PPAP和按时完成新产品项目并达到所有目标。
l Maintain and improve the quality system to meet TS16949 standard and customer’s requirement. Maintain and improve the environment system to meet ISO14000 and customer’s requirement.
维护和改进质量体系达到TS 16949标准和客户的要求。维护和改进环境体系达到ISO14000标准和客户的要求。
l Maintain and improve the operations on lean best practice principles.
用精益理念的最佳实践来维护和改进生产运营。
l Drive continuous improvement on cost reduction, quality, safety, etc.
推动成本降低、质量、安全等方面的持续改进。
l Support Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling, fulfill the budget of responsible functions.
制定所负责部门的预算,并进行分析、审查和持续的控制以达成预算目标。
l People Leadership (Target setting, Performance and Competency Appraisal, Feedback and Recognition, People Development, etc.)
人员的领导 (目标设定、绩效和能力评估、反馈和认可、人员发展)
l Ensure local rules and regulations are met.
确保遵守地方性规范章程。
l Tasks assigned by the General Manager.
总经理及亚太区总裁指定的其他工作职责。
Qualification
资质要求
A.Knowledge(专业知识)
l University degree and bachelor or above major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical relative.
大学本科以上学历,机械工程或电气工程相关专业。
l Automotive APQP and PPAP processes
了解汽车行业APQP和PPAP程序
l Lean Manufacturing principles
精益生产原理
B. Skill (技能)
l Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
英文和中文口语和书面沟通熟练。
l Good negotiation and communication skill.
良好的谈判沟通技巧
l Highly skilled in use of personal computer (MS-Office, Project, Outlook)
熟练使用计算机(MS-Office, Project, Outlook)。

Preference requirement
优先录用条件
l At least 5 years working experience in automotive industry or construction equipments industry, pump manufacturing experience is much preferred.
5年以上的汽车行业或工程机械行业的工作经验,有泵类产品制造的经验者优先考虑。
l At least 2 years management experience in multi-functional positions such as production, manufacturing engineering, quality, or logistics, etc.
2年以上的在生产、制造工程、质量、或物料等多个部门的管理经验。
l Engineering capability, knowledge of machining and assembly processes and test equipment state-of-the-art.
具备工程技术能力,懂当今先进的机加工和装配工艺,以及产品测试设备。
l Knowledge of TS 16949 quality systems.
熟悉TS16949质量体系
l Hard and carefully work, good work habit and good team-work spirit, good stability for working.
工作努力塌实,良好的工作习惯,团队协作精神及良好的工作稳定性
