Responsibility：

-制定设备维护保养计划，编写维修指导书，维修记录单，在实施过程中提供指导，及时更新检修条目；Make preventive maintenance plan.

Compile maintenance instruction, maintenance record.

Offer guidance during implement. Update preventive maintenance plan in time.

-为设备维修提供技术支持，和供应商进行协调；

Offer support and guidance during maintenance, coordinate with OEM.

-采购设备备件，合理控制备件数量和种类；

Order some spare parts，control spare part type and volume in reasonable;

-对设备故障进行分析总结，编写指导手册，对维修工进行培训；Typical equipment fault analyze, compile manual, and training maintenance operator.

-根据设备状态对设备进行持续改进。

Make continues equipment improvement according equipment status.

Requirement：

-本科以上机械相关专业

Bachelor degree , mechanical and relative major

-三年以上设备维修或机械设计，设备（项目）调试经验,熟悉液压、气动原理。At least three years maintenance or equipment commission experience, familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic;

-能够熟练使用AutoCAD软件及Office等办公软件；

Familiar with AutoCAD and office;

-具有强烈的责任感和良好的沟通能力

Strong responsibility and good communication；

-英语熟练对话,能承受较大的工作压力

Good at oral English, can stand pressure;

-有汽车零部件工厂工作经验者优先

Priority at work experience of automotive parts company.
