Duties and Responsibilities:
·Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact ？·Coordinate the sales and marketing report (survey, price and sales planning, customer data, unfinished orders, payment follow-up, etc.)
·Customer change systems management？·Plan, coordinate and make the quotations as per schedule required under the consideration of given business strategy？·Follow up quotations. Make the concrete order and acquisition related discussions and negotiations with customers？·Know and utilize the information and reporting system and report regularly to the GM on the sales activities
·Provides input in the development of annual budget and sales forecasts
·Ensure a smooth execution of orders under the consideration of customer specific agreement
·Keep good personal contacts with customer and improve continuously (including necessary travel activities)
·Coordinate with Customer related department, especially buyers, keep relationship between the plant and customers
·Prepare or track contract and SO？·Check customer tooling, and prepare related documentation; Timely verify customer tooling, and coordinate customer audit

·Internal commercial quotation
·Cost analyze projects profitability and situation
·Marketing information collection in West China; (Reference)
·Internal control to make sure compliance of IDEAS at plant level

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
2. At least 3 years of automotive sales experience preferred
3. Requires highly motivated and result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Chinese language (native proficiency) and English language skill;
4. It will be preferred for good knowledge about Automotive technology and familiar with automotive industry quality validation system (PPAP/APQP/Contract Reviewed.)
