岗位职责：
1、根据公司对于渠道建设要求，设立区域内建设留学中介、高中渠道开展合作目标；
2、依据公司整体销售目标，提交渠道销售计划方案，监督实施业务全过程，完成渠道建设和招生任务；
3、对已设立各办事处、分公司、招生代理做好培训、服务、监督和管理工作。
4、根据公司整体业务发展和管理，配合与其他部门的工作。

职位要求：
1、优秀的沟通、协调、组织与开拓能力；
2、较强的观察力和应变能力；
3、对培训、留学教育咨询工作有深刻认知；
4、具有敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力；
5、高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；
6、管理、市场营销、公共关系等专业本科及以上学历；
7、一年以上教育行业相关经验，一年以上留学行业内咨询业务部门主管/经理工作经验。
