Responsibilities:

-To implement EHS and 5S management to ensure the safety of warehouse team and warehouse capital

-Organize security training for warehouse operation

-Implement warehouse equipment application daily checking and record

-Keep warehouse materials and facilities in order based on 5S principle

-To administer the warehouse operation based on MPH (Materials Providing & Handling) principle

-Standardize and document the warehouse operational work (receiving, storage and replenishing, etc.) and implement the training for warehouse team

-Measure warehouse efficiency and performance based on MPH principle

-Optimize warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of warehouse space and improve the efficiency of materials flow under the support by method Engineer

-Contribute to and initiate the design, development, and implementation of physical warehousing and warehouse management systems

-To manage physical inventory to improve inventory accuracy

-Implement stocktaking and cycle counting to improve inventory accuracy

-To manage warehouse team

-Make out action plans to improve Logistics KPIs and follow up the implementation

-Ensure warehouse staff to obey the warehouse standard operation processes.

Background Experience and Qualifications:

-A minimum of 3 years’ experience of Warehousing and Distribution in a supervisory or management role in a high volume time critical environment

-Knowledge and experience of SAP

-Knowledge and experience of process improvement techniques

-Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and management

-Financial Awareness and ability to build and, manage budgets

-The ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organisation in appropriate and in a variety of ways

-Degree level education or equivalent experience in Logistics/Warehouse Management

-Project Management skills and experience using MS Project

-Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio

-Managing and Developing People and Teams

-Strong knowledge of the manufacturing market sector relative to Ipsen’s Operation
