JOB OBJECTIVES:
Financial advisor and business partner for business development, operation efficiency improvement, cost saving, investment, etc...
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Coordinate monthly business review process (e.g. Revenue, Gross Margin, Expense, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, etc.) to provide detailed analysis on deviations from prior forecast, plan and same period last year.
?Prepare monthly reporting packages on sales, material cost, conversion cost, operation working capital;
?Assist Asst. Business Controlling Manager on mid-term forecast, operational planning and annual budgeting;
?Assist Asst. Business Controlling Manager on the development and maintain of Limits of Authorization Matrix and cost center structure and communicate timely and properly with related people;
?Assist with ad-hoc reports, analysis, and financial projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor/Master Degree majoring in finance or business management
2. minimum 2 years experience
3. Good ERP/SAP knowledge is preferred
