一、岗位职能：

协助保卫部部长做好公司重大经济合同签订、法律法规咨询，公司诉讼、非诉讼等案件的办理，公司安全保卫、防火、综合治理等工作。协助部门催收经营客户拖欠款。负责与律师事务所、公、检、法司法部门工作联系及相关事务的衔接。

二、招聘条件：

1、男性，年龄30－40周岁，身高1.72米以上，法律等相关专业大专及以上学历，中共党员，身体健康。3年以上相关工作经历。有在公安、律师事务所或企事业单位本岗位工作经历及经验者优先。

2、熟悉法律法规及安全保卫相关知识，知晓诉讼和非诉讼案件办理的基本流程，具有安全保卫的实践经验，具备一定的经济事案及安全事故的处理能力。具有良好的沟通、协调、组织能力，能熟练运用计算机处理公务。

3、具备良好的思想品德，勤奋敬业。具有全局意识、协作精神和组织原则。坚持原则，作风正派，敢于处理违纪违法事案，自律性强。具有相应的处理企业突发事件的能力。有良好的外联、公关能力。
