Job description：
1. on site support :
As a window person to consulate employee relationship management,staffing management etc,
support day to day HR issue for front line
2.HR administration:
cooperate and coach HR team, optimize administrative processes for efficient and quality
ensure governance of local practices are compliant with local law,regulatory requirement as well as company guidelines
3.implement talent management strategy
consultant on performance management & CDP, assist manager to set up and promote effective operational procedures based on local business & organization requires, as well as monitoring the effectiveness for improvement

Other requires:
1.have enough working experience and familiar with performance management ,CDP, staffing，labor management
2.familiar with labor law local government regulations etc
3.project management skills and HRIS experience is preferred
