职位描述

JOB PROFILE:


Report to Deputy GM, China and Division Head in Germany. To actively promote, support, and sell products and services throughout China & Taiwan. The individual will work closely with all offices/personnel of the company in order to facilitate revenue growth in the region as well as other global locations where requested. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience within the PCB industry or related field. Likewise, the candidate must be able to communicate (both orally and through written word) in English.



RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Drive the sales & marketing plan by maintaining existing sales while developing new opportunities.

- Meet sales growth objectives throughout region and any other markets where given responsibility

- Use Discovery Selling practices to gather information and create sales opportunities
- Evaluate existing supply chain and recommend alternative plans to accomplish growth

- Define additional sales tools required to support and generate sales growth.

- Proactively identify critical issues that could affect the ability to meet targeted sales growth

- Effective communication both internally and externally to drive sales growth

  • Develop relationships with OEM targets (within Printed Circuit Board and Calender Bowl Industries).

- Primary resource for promoting Interface products and capabilities to OEM's and Distributors

  • Assist Deputy GM - China

- Identify publications where advertising could drive growth/ new opportunities

- Assist with the arrangements and needs for tradeshows

- Provide information required for reporting purposes

  • Constantly communicate and coordinate with the manufacturing plant in Germany to ensure smooth order placement and transactions


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related Business degree discipline
  • At least 3 - 5 years experience in the areas of selling and account management in the PCB industry or related field
  • Good project management, analytical and organizational skills
  • Good computer skills using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication ability in English (both oral and written)
  • Highly self motivated and willing to travel frequently
