任职资格：
1.大学专科以上，电气、市场营销等相关专业，受过礼仪方面、客户开发与维护、沟通与谈判等方面的培训；
2.了解本行业，熟悉客户信息的收集手段和整理方法，有效的区分信息的价值，善于挖掘客户需求，良好的计划能力，良好的口头及书面表达能力；
3.工作细致严谨，主动积极，有较强的服务意识，人际关系出力能力强，客观，善于激励自己，具有良好的团队合作精神，有较强的执行能力。
4.能承受较强的工作压力和挑战，熟悉配电产品的销售模式；
5.熟悉智能仪表、综合继保、电力监控系统等；
6.有设计院及系统集成商客户资源；有建筑、企事业单位、基础设施、数据中心、工业等行业客户者优先考虑；
7.三年以上销售工作经验。
职责表述：销售工作
1.在区总领导下，根据公司销售目标和计划，参与制定企业市场销售策略；
2.依据公司制定所负责区域的产品销售计划，实现销售目标；
3.执行公司营销策略，实施市场开拓任务；
4.运用销售技巧，完成销售工作。
职责表述：客户关系管理
1.收集潜在客户资料和新客户资料，为销售工作做好准备；
2.建立与维护客户关系，对于重要客户要保持经常联系；
3.及时了解客户需求，向公司反馈产品情况；
4.定期向客户了解产品使用情况、对价格的反馈情况等；
5.协调、处理相关客户及业务之间的关系；
6.及时、有效地处理客户投诉，保证客户对公司的满意情况；
7.做好客户回访工作。

1.做好日常发货流水账；
2.对账款的核算、催收。
