Job Duties:
1, To work closely with sales and customers to have sample orders delivery processed timely and correctly.

2, To execute Ashland’s customer service standards, sample order processing procedure,

3, Communicate well with sales team & lab, work closely with them to solve disputes if necessary.
与销售,实验室保持良好的沟通, 如有需要, 协助他们一起解决其间争议。
4, Communicate well with customers/sales; manage well customers’ requirements and needs, provide timely and efficient feedback to customers.
与客户保持良好沟通, 合理管理客户需求,并及时回复客户咨询。
5, To evaluate and improve customer service performance, ensure there is enough samples in stock for turnover
评估和提高客户服务绩效, 确保样品充足供应。

Job Requirements:
1, A college degree or above
大学专科或以上学历
2, Relevant working experience is preferred, major in international trade or business management university graduates with excellent performance can also be considered.
有相关工作经验者优先，有优秀表现的国际贸易或商务管理专业的应届毕业生亦可
3, Highly motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working independently
高度自我激励, 能够采取主动, 独立工作
4, With a pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team

5, Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time

6, A capable user of PC office applications. Knowledge of SAP will be as advantage.
