职位描述
Responsibility：
1.Increase the staff management level and improve skill level of operator；
2.Plan and organize the smooth & efficient production
3.Support industrial projects on schedule for campy growth :
Transfer projects Capacity projects Localization of parts QVE projects
4. Improve Production processes with SPS to contribute productivity :
Plan and launch projects of lean manufacturing processes to improve manufacturing processes and increase productivity:
Kanban system, Queue management, TPM and SIM production implementation …etc.
5. Develop ongoing improvement of Production processes,6S,6 sigma
Requirements:
1.Bachelor in industrial Engineering or Ideal: Master degree in industrial Engineering
2. 4 years workshop management experience or Ideal: 3 years workshop management experience
3.Industrial manufacturing
4.CET-4, Fluent oral English;use MS OFFICE skillful
