Job Purpose职务目的：

Be responsible for the staffing, employee relations and other Human Resources related jobs.
负责招聘、员工关系以及其他人力资源相关工作。

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
主要职责
Responsible for recruitment planning and implementing.
负责制定并实施招聘计划；

Development and maintain the recruitment channel.
开发并维护招聘渠道；

Responsible for recruitment preparation and arrangement.
负责招聘工作的准备和安排（发布招聘信息、简历筛选、电话初试等）

Establish and maintain the job description, to meet requirements of recruitment, compensation, training etc.
建立与维护岗位说明书，确保满足招聘、薪酬、培训等工作的需要。

Establish employee relationship and renewal of labour contract.
员工劳动关系的建立、劳动合同的续签等。

Responsible for staffing, such as documents preparation for new employment
负责员工入职等的文件准备

Responsible for summarizing personnel changes (including new joining, resignation, position transfer), and update Org Chart accordingly.
汇总人员状况变动（包括新近、离职及岗位调整），并据此每月更新组织架构

Other duties assigned by the supervisor
由上级主管指派的其它任务

Key Performance Indicators主要绩效指标：

Cycle time of recruitment 招聘周期
Work in time 工作及时完成率
Staff Satisfaction 员工满意度

Requirements 岗位要求：

Bachelor degree or above
正规相关专业本科及以上学历

Two years’ working experience of HR specialist
2年以上HR专员工作经历

Fluent English and good computer skills
英语流利,电脑操作熟练

Willingness to make progress and work hard
积极上进，自主努力工作的意愿

Work effectively with others and be good at team work
良好的团队协作能力
