Job Objectives:
This position reports to the Ashland Controller Asia Pacific. The major role is to ensure the credit risk of Asia Pacific Region is under well control.

Job Responsibilities:
-To support the sales function to minimize customers' bad debt level and Accounts Receivable exposure
-To keep track of the long-term balance of customers and follow the collection
-To process daily order release for customers
-Complete AR reconciliation with customers
-Track reconciliation result and monitor the payment status
-Attended monthly commercial meeting to present credit performance, and develop collection or improvement plan with commercial leaders
-Be actively involved in the collection of past due accounts, and if needed support law suit for collection
-Together with the company's accounting and sales departments continuously reduce past due AR
-Streamline and standardize credit policy across Asia Pacific countries and business units
-Work with Business to set up or update customers’ credit limit and term, and review them periodically
-Advise and support local controllers of credit control in non-G1 countries

Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree majored in finance & accounting or business administration
2. Language: Good command of written and spoken English
3. IT & other skills: Familiar with MS applications. Experience with SAP system
4. Working Experience:
- Must Have: 5 years of relevant working experience
- Preferred: Familiar with sales related commercial matters

Can negotiating skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups
