responsibilities：

- Main Contact in all Engineering topics (int. /ext.) for defined strategic Customers

- Prepare and Lead Technical Meetings for defined Customer Base

- Introduce Technologies and Explain Advantages, Recognize Opportunities

- Provide Solutions to meet New Technical Requirements

- Understand Technical Challenges / Problems of Customer and Provide Solutions

- Respond to Technical Inquiries, Execute Feasibility Checks

- Provide Stackup Proposals, Impedance Simulations, Array Size Proposals

- Align Design Rules, Capabilities and Roadmaps with Customer

- Initiate Material and Technology Qualifications

- Support Design Clarifications

- Initiate Design / DFM Reviews

- Offer Cost Down Solutions

- Support Specification Reviews

- Hold Technical Seminars / Workshops

Requirements：

- Technical Education and Commercial understanding

- Min. 3-5 Years of Experience in the PCB Industry

- Good knowledge in HDI printed circuit board manufacturing

- Strong customer and market orientation to recognize and understand upcoming technology trends and Requirements

- Language skills: Chinese and English are Must

- Strong team and social orientation

- Good IT Skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Willingness for business trips
