1. Java Web based E-Commerce software development background
2. Focus on technologies in recent 3-5 years, not pure management
3. Good interpersonal skills. Can handle difficult teammates without problem
4. Can work under big pressure, remain rational even your boss is pressing you to do something unreasonable, be able to fight for doing the right thing
5. Good English skills including reading/writing/listening/speaking
6. Strong drive on solving difficult problems, can think outside of the box
7. Strong sense of responsibility, can follow through given even under difficult situation
8. Practical working experience with SOA architecture is a plus
9. Flexible on time for handling early meetings/urgent production issues
10. This job requires at least 50% of the time on hands-on development
