JOB OBJECTIVES:

1.To provide technical support to Paper Chemicals Business Unit.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist team to do lab Study, machine trial, look after equip technical advice, service on product application and equipment to customers, Ex: Lab study, Machine trial.

2. Assist in equipment management. Update the pump list in Southern China, pump installation, maintainence in customer site.

3. After sales service. Visit existing customers in the paper Industry, regular lab test in customer mill, feedback products application information to sales/technician, identify the customer needs, develop follow-up action plans in close cooperation with sales/technician, identify the customer needs, satisfy the customers.

4.Collect market information, competitor activity at the customer, create & maintain customer machine capacity database and report customer needs.

5. Assist in following-up customer complaints to optimize customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor in Paper Making & Proccessing;

2. At least 1-2 years sales/marketing experience on paper industry or paper chemical or related industry;

3. Paper making & Processing knowledge;

4. Good personality and interpersonal communication skills;

5. Good team work spirit.
