Concrete responsibilities/主要职责
1. Contributing to the selection, nomination and developing sub-contractors in Asia region to support production of Kun Shan plant and global plants in North America and Europe./致力于挑选、任命及发展亚洲区分包商，以支持昆山及北美和欧洲全球工厂的产品生产；
2. Following and completing RFQ with right source, total cost analysis, price negotiation and support development of sourcing strategy through regular communications both written and telephone with global sourcing teams, taking the principles of "low cost" and "lean production" into account,/在来源合理、成本分析全面的前提下，双方通过书面或电话方式进行规定的价格协商和资源战略发展的支持，在坚持低成本及精益生产的原则下跟踪及完善报价申请；
3. Implementing and adhering to customer requirements within the supplier process, ensure suppliers have appropriate quality systems, audit effectiveness, supplier source release, driving corrective action plans and supplier process improvement./在供应流程中，贯彻并坚持对供应商的要求，确保其有有合理的质量体系、审计效率、资源释放、错误修正和供应流程。
4. Assist Supplier Quality Engineer and suppliers in prototype production, APQP and PPAP/在样机制作、质量先期策划和生产件批准程序方面协助质量工程师和各供应商；
5. Supplier relationship management./供应商关系管理。

Professional requirements/ 专业要求
1. Good knowledge of written and spoken English, be able join the conference call with global purchasing and cross-function team/ 具有良好的英语书写知识和口语能力，能够和全球的采购团队以及跨职能团队进行电话会议；
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, cost analysis/ 具有良好的办公软件知识和成本分析知识
3. Good knowledge of TS16949/QS9000 Quality Certification, or similar experience with a willingness to learn/具有TS16949和QS9000质量认证方面的知识，或者有意愿学习相关认证经验；
4. Experience of ERP system/具有企业资源规划系统经验。

Personal requirements/ 个人要求
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, or commercial related field/ 工程学或与商业相关专业学士学位及以上；
2. Minimum 3 years relevant work experience on commercial or production purchasing in auto industry/ 在汽车工业领域商业或产品采购方面有三年以上工作经验；
3. Analytical thinking and the ability to immerse oneself in complex processes/具有分析性的思维及应对复杂工序的能力；
4. Mature interpersonal skills, organizing and coordinating ability, team work spirit and efficient./ 具有成熟的人际交往技巧、组织和协调能力，强烈的团队合作精神和较高的办事效率。
