ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:

REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelors of 1) Engineering in Automobile, Mechanics or 2) Science in Business.
本科或以上学历,汽车、机械或工商管理专业
Good in writing and reading in English.
英语书面及口语良好
Experience in auto parts T1 biz; and relationships with major vehicle factory.
汽车行业工作经验,并熟悉整车厂
Familiar with plastic injection, mechanical assembly parts production process preferred.
熟悉注塑和机械组装件优先考虑
Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
Achieve sales target.
达成销售目标
Identify target projects from assigned customers and if possible, propose new customers with high potential;
与现有客户确定目标项目,如有可能开发高潜在的新客户
Keep close monitoring with customers’ new project plan and pursuing any new biz opportunities via effective technology communication and commercial negotiation.
密切监控客户的新项目计划,并通过有效的技术沟通和商业谈判发展新的商业机会
Catch any special requirements and price targets from customers and make proposal for management team to make quote.
抓住任何特殊的要求和客户的目标价,为管理团队的报价提供建议
Work together with project team, production team and other teams to define the contents in biz contract regarding project timing, technology requirements and commerical items etc.
与项目、生产和其他团队合作,结合项目时间、技术要求和商业条款等定义合同的内容
Collect and feedback market information to management team and new products development team so that could timely adjust marketing strategies.
收集市场信息并反馈给管理层和新产品研发团队,以便及时调整市场营销策略
Cooperate with other departments and work as interface between the assigned customers so as to best meet customer’s expectation.
配合其他部门,并作为与客户之间的借口,更好的满足客户需求
Following up any engineering changes from the awarded programs, negotiate with customer for the changes in piece price and tooling.
跟进任何的项目变更,与客户谈判价格和模具的变化
Provide support to program team, logistic team and financing team regarding program timing, parts delivery and payment collection etc.
为项目部、物流部和财务部提供关于涉及项目时间、交货和货款回收等的支持
Familiar with TS16949 system
