Objectives
The Managed Service (MS) Consultant is to provide consulting, advice, management, regulation to MS projects across Market Region China North throughout project lifecycle (Feasibility / Presales / Transition / Transformation / Operations)
Responsibilities
& Main Tasks
- Be proactive cooperation with Engagement Practice, Product area, Service sales, Core3 to ensure the proper support before SDP3
- To develop solutions, service configurations for managed services engagements and implement the solution, service configuration into service via change management and deployment methodology
- To support delivery of managed services opportunities in various operational roles and at multiple level of authority and responsibility (Example – Operations Manager of an operational business)
- To apply MS Service delivery governance module to ensure satisfied contract fulfilment from SDP3 to SDP4 by close cooperation with SD&O organization
- To assist Governance for the monitoring, fulfilment, regulation and audit of the key MS contracts in both a financial and operational capacity
Required Skills and Competences
- Adequate degree in telecommunications and/or Business.
- At least 3 years of experience from customer services within the Telecom or similar industry, Managed Service area is preferred.
- Understanding of industry frameworks and models for operational business (example – ETOM, MSTOP, ITIL, six sigma and other industrial standards).
- Strong technical experience of telecommunication networks.
- Fluent in written and spoken English language.
- Strong business mind and business orientation.
- High team working and individual working skills and abilities (Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative).
