负责仓库整体日常工作安排，及时、准确维护库存管理系统，确保仓库物品的帐实相符。

Response the warehouse area carve up,division of labour,concert the daily job of warehouse people
负责仓库区域的划分、人员的分工和仓管员日常工作上的指导协调。

Maintenance warehouse 5S,keep the warehouse neat;keep the material right area;keep the scene clear and safety;keep the material clearly,continuation,and write smoothly;
仓库现场5S维持，保持库容整洁；确保按区域存放物料；现场的标识明显；物料的防护措施到位，物料标识清楚，存卡记录连续、字迹清晰。

Organized warehouse people make an inventory every month,check difference and find the way to deal with a situation;
组织各仓管员进行月度盘点，并根据盘点结果，查找差异原因，并制定对策。

Response check on warehouse people work attendance and other KPI.
负责仓管员的出勤工作及其他考核项目。

The warehouse material receiving and inventory management, in strict accordance with the process requirement and material, and timely tracking job sent material, assist the financial cost management control and supervision of the material purchasing and production cost.
做好仓库物料的收发存管理，严格按流程要求收发物料，并及时跟踪作业物料的发送，协助财务成本管理组对物料采购与车间生产成本的控制和监督。

Communication and coordinate with other department, cooperated with workshop and buyer, dispach the material well, perform material reserve and distribution function of logistics, and timely feedback to production department production material shortage or excess procurement and other abnormal situations.
与公司其他部门的沟通与协调，与车间领料组及采购员密切配合，做好生产物料的调度工作，切实 履行物料储备和配送的物流职能，并及时向生产部反馈生产物料的短缺或过量采购等异常情况。

Reportly the delivery of goods and dead stock to finance department regulary,fill in the dead stock be declared worthless report on required.
定期或不定期向财务部报告部品存货质量情况及呆滞积压物料的分布，按要求定期填写提交呆滞报废 物料的处理申请表。

Optimized and ensure the management of warehouse daily job process and institution, help it can be implement well.
审定和优化仓库管理的工作操作流程与管理制度，确保公司仓库管理制度、相关制度、规定得以贯彻实施。

Training and check subordinate, improve staff quality and efficiency, organize everyone study regulary, improve the team’s team mentality.
对下属员工进行业务技能培训和考核，提高员工素质和效率，定期或不定期组织全体仓管员学习，提高仓管员的团队意识。

Sign ducment of warehouse and communicate with other department
签收、签发仓库各种文件以及与其他部门沟通确认例外事项。

Basic requirement:
基本要求：

At least 5 years experiences in related area,familiar with the management of warehouse;
至少5年工作经验，熟悉仓库的运营管理。
Self-motivation and performance oriented; Good service attitude, patient, Passion, dedication, high sense of responsibility;
能够自我激励和绩效导向，良好的服务精神，有耐心、热情、敬业以及高度的责任感。
Good communication skill; Good command of computer;
良好的沟通能力及计算机操作能力。
At least 2 years relevant working experience in MNC, smoothy in english.
至少2年以上外企相关工作经验,，懂英文。
Automotive part manifactory work experience first;
