职位描述
The main missions of the role are:
- Be charge of all of facilities（included water, electronics, gas, air supply and construction）management, solving break down problem and maintenance as well.
- 负责所有设施(含水，电，气，厂房)维修管理工作，及时做好问题诊断与维修以及预防维护保养工作.
- Be charge of daily check for facilities, any potential risk should be avoid.
- 负责日常设施检查巡视之工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患.
- Collecting facilities and EHS information following Quality sys, set list of it and improvement record.
- 按质量体系要求做好各项EHS的及设施故障信息的收集与分析，制定设备明细清单和设备改进等各项记录.
- Check and maintain power/gas and water feeding, make sure smoothly production.
- 对供电、供气、供水等设施按规定实施检查、维护，确保生产需求.
- Issue spare parts requirement according to stock level, be chare of replacements check in and urgent purchase order making with MRO. Building safety stock if necessary.
- 根据公司需要，与采购一起挑选合格的厂务维修供应商，并负责对应备品的管理。
- Assist technicians to guidance peoples to do simple pre-maintenance and operating of facili-ties(like power room, air compressor, water pumps, etc.).
- 指导技术员完成设施使用及简单保养工作.
- Reducing spare parts and energy consumption step by step.
- 根据备件消耗情况提交降耗建议，并逐步降低能源消耗.
- Make monthly and yearly maintenance plan of all facility and insure implement.
- 根据设施的利用，制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施.
- Be charge of safety and maintenance training to machine operating and repairing people, in order to decreasing break down.
- 对操作及维修人员进行定期安全培训和设备修理保养培训，以降低设施的故障停机率.
- Take response of environment/safety and fire control stuff .
- 负责公司安全、环境、消防等方面的安全工作并完成上级委派的其他之任务.

- Provide co-ordination between owner's engineering and E&I contractors, mechanical equipment vendors and fabrication yard.
- 协作、管控所有内部工程和外部工程
- Complete the discipline scope safely and monitor field construction activities to ensure design requirements are met in compliance with drawings, specifications and applicable codes.
- 通过管控供应商确保施工情况与设计相符。
Basic requirement:
- Bachelor Degree, Major in Mechanical.
- 本科文化程度，机械类专业。
- Good command of English both in written and spoken.
- 良好的英语写读能力。
- Good command of PC skills,Microsoft office Software .
- 良好的计算机应用能力，熟练使用办公软件。
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- 良好的交际能力。
- Be familiar with injection machine and other assistant equipment.
- 熟悉注塑机及辅助机器。
- Detail and result oriented,exellent hands-on skills.
- 细节与结果为导向，优秀的动手能力。
- Good service attitude, patient, passion, high sense of responsibility.
- 良好的服务理念，具备良好的抗压和耐受能力，具备高度的责任感。
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in Injection Moulding.
- 注塑行业内至少5年以上工作经验。
