岗位职责：
- 负责核对、整理员工服务专员提交的员工社保申报资料，完成与派遣的资料转接；
- 协助办理客户员工各项福利、人事证件，及时跟进并反馈结果；
- 及时更新当地政策大表内容、发放公告邮件；
- 答复以上服务的咨询；
- 负责对派遣回单进行初级审计，递交审计小组后协助二次审计，
- 对问题单进行及时处理；
- 配合审计组完成在职人员抽查；
- 负责每月与派遣机构的监督管理，及时反馈办理结果，掌握派遣动向并及时上报；
- 负责突发状况的处理和协调；
- 完成上级布置的其他工作。

任职要求：
- 大专以上学历；
- 具有经办社保公积金工作经验；
- 熟练使用各类办公软件；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；
- 工作责任心强，肯吃苦耐劳。
