职位描述
a) 根据生产计划，负责冲压件的持续生产工作。 According to the production schedule, responsible for continuing a job in press.
b) 负责冲压设备的安全点检及模具的日常检查任务，确保冲压设备与模具正常安全运行。
Responsible for safety checking the press equipment and complete the dies daily inspection tasks, ensure the normal safe operation of the press equipment and dies.
c) 根据图纸和生产计划进行生产，利用检具等工具检查冲压件的品质，确保生产合格的冲压产品。
According to the drawings and the schedule for production, use the fixture to check the quality of the stamping parts, make sure product good stamping parts.
d) 负责冲压件的可追溯性记录及批次号的检查和更换。
Responsible for checking\changing heat code & date stamp as required
e) 负责及时完成日常生产定单和其他需要的填写的表单工作，例如，生产日报表等。
Responsible for completion of daily production sheet and other paperwork as required in a timely manner.such as, the production daily report etc..
f) 出现任何问题时一定及时反馈给主管。
Any problem must be feedback to the supervisor timely.
g) 严格按照生产作业规范及安全规范进行生产，确保安全生产。
In strict accordance with the SOP and the safety specification to production ,make sure work in a safe manner at all times.
h) 工作完成时或其他需求时，负责模具的拆卸及归位。
Responsible for pulling a die/stamp when job is complete or as required.
i) 在冲压生产主管和班长的直接领导下开展工作，服从管理听从指挥。
Under the leadership of the press production supervisor and monitor to do the work, obey the management .
j) 积极参与各种改善及合理化建议活动。
Participate in improvement and GEAR activities.
k) 坚守生产岗位﹑遵守劳动纪律，保证完成生产任务
Insist on production jobs, observe Labour discipline and ensure to complete production tasks.
l) 严格遵守﹑认真贯彻落实公司各项方针政策和规章制度。
Observe, earnestly implement the policies and regulations of the company.
m) 负责维护一个干净、整洁有序的工作区域，注重6S的落实。
Responsible for maintaining a clean/tidy and organized work area, pay attention to the 6S.
n) 符合质量和环境体系的要求。
In line with the requirements of quality and environment system.
o) 部门主管分配的其它工作。
Perform other duties as assigned by department manager.
b) 负责冲压设备的安全点检及模具的日常检查任务，确保冲压设备与模具正常安全运行。
Responsible for safety checking the press equipment and complete the dies daily inspection tasks, ensure the normal safe operation of the press equipment and dies.
