a) 负责工厂内所有夹具和模具维修和维护。
Responsible for Repairing and maintaining all the dies and tools as assigned.
b) 负责冲压生产时模具的故障排除及修复。
Responsible for the trouble shooting and repair dies in press.
c) 负责检查并完成模具的维修报告。
Responsible for reviewing and completing dies maintain reports.
d) 每次模具生产完需检查模具并确认模具的状态。
Review tooling at the end of a production run and determine die status.
e) 负责解决生产中突发性的模具问题
Responsible for solving the sudden die problems in production.
f) 负责控制并降低模具和夹具的维护成本。
Responsible for control and reduce the maintenance costs of tools and dies.
g) 负责模具和夹具定期的维护保养，确保模具和夹具正常运行。
Responsible for the dies and tools maintenance regularly, ensure the tools and dies all work.
h) 参与新模具的厂内试模和验收。
Participate in new tools factory try run and acceptance.
i) 根据公司的生产计划，合理规划并制订实施模具的维护保养计划
According to the production plan, reasonable planning and implementation of die maintenance plan.
j) 负责模具的改善，提升冲压件品质，提高生产效率。
Responsible for the improvement of the dies, improve the quality of stamping parts and the production efficiency.
k) 在模具主管的直接领导下开展工作，服从管理听从指挥。
Under the leadership of the tool room supervisor to do the work, obey the management .
l) 组织对公司内部冲压员工进行维修相关知识及技能培训
Training on knowledge of die maintenance and maintenance skills for the press employees.
m) 积极参与各种改善及合理化建议活动。
Participate in improvement and GEAR activities.
n) 坚守生产岗位﹑遵守劳动纪律，保证完成生产任务
Insist on production jobs, observe Labour discipline and ensure to complete production tasks.
