JOB OBJECTIVES:

To maximize value to the customer by providing operational excellence and cost efficient service, targeting mainly at: Efficient management of the order processes in order to secure and enhance business opportunities; Handle customers' inquiries/non-conformities in accordance with established operation policies /procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Perform independently the daily order operation to assigned customers for different order modules/product resources and different chemical characters (i.e. bulk, packing material);

2. Provide BASF first-front service to the customers, satisfy customer needs, timely pass the information to the responsible partners (i.e. OTC community) for proper efficient response;

3. Contribute for minor process optimization and report the order management risk proactively;

4. On top to the overall system knowledge, act as key-user for one operational system;

5. Self-KPI management for order management performance monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry or related.

2. 4-5 years sales experience in textile industry.

3. Good market sense.

4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

5. Good personality and interpersonal communication skills.

6. Good computer operation skill.
