岗位职责 Job Responsibility：
1.负责意大利电气控制系统的引进及本土化；
Responsible for control system transfer from Italy, technical data and project localization.
2.负责新产品的研发，包括设计，样机组装，测试，及工程变更发布；
New project development, including the design, prototyping, running test and ECO releasing.
3.负责现有产品的改进及电气部分的精益生产支持；
Responsible for current product improvement and supporting lean manufacture for electrical &electronic.
4.协助采购部门实施供应商链国产化；
Support procurement for localization of supplier chain.
5.对所有电气图纸，文件实施管控;ERP系统的导入与数据维护；
Control all the electrical drawings and documents; ERP system date updating and maintenance.
6.为其它部门提供技术支持及技术陪训；
Provide engineer support and training to others department.
7.能熟练驾驭车间的机器设备及办公室类工作；
Work as well in the workshop on the machine, as in the office.
8.上级主管安排的其他事项。
Others assigned by Superior.

任职要求Qualifications：
1.28岁以上,有团队合作精神，正直忠诚，优秀的职业道德操守，能承受工作的压力；
28 years old and above; Strong team spirit, integrity and outstanding professional ethics, be able to work under pressure.
2.本科以上学历,电气类, 或自动化相关专业；
Bachelor's degree and major in electrical & automation.
3.三年以上大型电气设备安装调试及维护经验，良好的动手能力
Above 3 years practical factory big electrical equipment set up and maintenance experience in similar duties with good hands-on skill.
4.熟悉机电控制系统，例如PLC编程，变频器及电机系统；
Work experience on electrical control systems, such as PLC, AC/DC drives, motors and programming tools.
5.熟练掌握设备原理图及有关图纸；
Clear understanding of principles control system drawing.
6.熟练操作电脑，熟练使用CAD，良好的英语听说读写能力；
Good command of computer and English skills, familiar with Auto CAD.
7.具有ERP系统实践经验者为佳。
ERP experience is preferred .
