工作职责:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1、Maintain and developing regional customers relationship and large coverage;
2、Achieve company sales target in the region;
3、Maintain regional key body builder’s relationship, development and draw out annual action plan and strategies for long and stable relationship with company;
4、Manage regional dealer network, work with DDM to development and evaluate regional dealer, ensure health growth with local end users
5、Build up market intelligence system for regional dealer development, set up dealer communication channel to solve dealer conflict issues;
6、Work closely with the regional dealer on sales achievement, produce customized support and training programs for different dealers;
7、Work on regional sales plan, forecast on monthly, quarterly and annually basis. Market data collection and necessary analyses on semiyear basis;

人员要求：
Qualification and Experience:
1、Bachelor Degree or above; major in engineering background or business related preference.
本科以上学历，工科或商科背景优先
2、Strong market knowledge with Sales & Solid analytical skills;
具备敏锐的市场观察能力，并能迅速解决问题
3、Proven experience in China HVAC industry distribution system or sales track record experience in Truck & Trailer refrigeration product in advantage.
对卡车市场或物流行业有经验者优先
4、Good communication and presentation skills;
良好的沟通技巧和在高压下工作
5、Basic English skill on written and spoken;
基本英语听说读写能力
6、Travel frequently
可以接受频繁的出差
7、Familiar with computer and MS Office
