RESPONSIBILITIES

-To provide general secretarial support to BM including typing, telephone receptions, handling general enquiries, making travel arrangements, and preparing necessary documents
-To provide administrative support to the branch
-To receive domestic/overseas visitors and provide logistic arrangement
-Coordinate schedule, meetings and events
- Other ad-hoc assignments




KEY REQUIREMENTS

-University Degree or above
-Excellent English language ability is a must
-Great interpersonal skills with good communication
-Well-organized, fast learner, detail oriented and reliable
-Able to work flexible / long hours at work
-Smart thinking and fast to deliver a satisfactory result
-Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
-More than 3 years working experience in related field, being familiar with the daily secretarial work
