Responsibilities

- Standardize and manage TSAC worldwide Cisco based LAN environments

- Maintain network performance by performing monitoring and analysis of network availability and utilization

- Work closely with IT Infra Teams to design and implement operational requirements for new and existing IT systems(Network & Server)

- Install, configure and maintain LAN/WAN equipment

- Define and apply LAN security policies

- Follows procedures and policies defined as best practice to comply with audit requirements

- Maintains disaster recovery setups both on a global and site-by-site basis

- Design/Implement/Maintains Server hardware specifications, Windows Server builds (AD, DNS, DHCP, Wins), Exchange Server, File Server, NetApp, VM, Citrix, and server security.

- On-Site helpdesk/troubleshoot for end user and datacenter

Job Requirement

Knowledge and abilities:

- Must understand routing and switching: OSPF, GRE, etc.

- Must understand Microsoft Windows Server/Exchange Server: Domain, AD, DNS, etc.

- Familiar with VPN technologies (IPSec VPN , SSL VPN)

- Familiar with Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)

- Familiar with Cisco Wireless Products( Cisco Access Point, Cisco Wireless LAN Controller, Cisco Wireless Control System)

- Familiar with Juniper Firewall

- Good understanding of WAN transport technologies (Frame Relay, ATM, Private/Leased Line, MPLS, ISDN, PPP, HDLC)

- Good understanding of Local Area Network technologies (Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, Spanning Tree, PVST, Trunk, VLAN)

- Good understanding of NetApp, VM, Citrix

- Fluency with Cisco IOS and Juniper OS (a plus)

- Knowledge of VoIP

- Knowledge of Microsoft NAP/RADIUS solution setup

Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

- 3-5 years’ experience in IT as service support and/or support analyst in a global company

- Experience with Cisco Network infrastructure devices

- Experience with Microsoft Solution.

- Good verbal and written communication in English

- CCNA is a must, CCNP a plus

- MCSE a plus

- Unix a plus
